The Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District February board meeting will be held on Monday, Feb. 14, at 2 p.m.
In an effort to reduce the continuing risk of COVID-19 exposure and to help prevent the spread of the virus, the Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District will be conducting the meeting both in person and virtually through Zoom.
According to the Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (C), all meetings of any public body are declared to be public meetings open to the public at all times. A member of a public body shall be present in person at a meeting open to the public to be considered present or to vote at the meeting and for purposes of determining whether a quorum is present at the meeting.
The TID Board Members will be physically present; staff will participate on Zoom. If you have the capability, we strongly encourage anyone planning to attend the meeting to join us remotely via Zoom link (below). Those who attend the meeting in person will adhere to the Montgomery County Administration Building policy by wearing a mask and spreading out at least 6 feet apart in Conference Room 1002 in the Montgomery County Administration Building at 451 W. Third St., 10th floor.
